Do you take insurance?
Good Medics does not accept insurance. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees, and we’ll show you the cost of your visit before you ever speak with a doctor.
When can I make an appointment?
As soon as your purchase is complete, you’ll get a link to register in the patient portal. From there, you can choose the time that works best for your schedule.
When will I see a doctor?
Most patients are seen within 24 hours. You’ll be able to schedule a telehealth visit right after registering in the portal and completing your forms.
Will I get medications if needed?
Yes. If the provider recommends medication, your prescription will be sent to your local pharmacy or shipped directly to you.
What causes neck pain?
It’s usually caused by poor posture, stress, injury, or muscle overuse. In some cases, disc issues or arthritis are involved.
What are the symptoms?
Symptoms include neck stiffness, tension, pain when turning the head, and sometimes headaches or numbness in the arms.
Can neck pain be treated via telehealth?
Yes. Your provider can evaluate symptoms, suggest ergonomic and movement changes, and prescribe medication if needed.
Will I need X-rays or imaging?
Only if you show signs of a more serious condition. If so, your provider can refer you to a local imaging center.
How quickly will I feel better?
Many people improve within a few days to a week with proper care and activity modification.
