Getting a visit

How to book an appointment

Do you take insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance at this time. However, our flat-rate visit fee is $99, which includes your consultation. You may use HSA/FSA cards, and we can provide a receipt if you'd like to submit it to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

How quickly can I see a doctor after signing up?

We aim to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. We understand the importance of timely care and work hard to accommodate your schedule.

 

Do you prescribe PrEP and PEP?

Yes, we prescribe both PrEP (Pre-exposure Prophylaxis) and PEP (Post-exposure Prophylaxis) to help prevent HIV. However, if you haven’t had your labs checked in the past six months, we will need to order lab tests before prescribing these medications to ensure your safety.

What should I do if I think I’ve been exposed to an STD?

If you believe you’ve been exposed to an STD, it’s important to get tested as soon as possible. We provide discreet and confidential testing services and can guide you through the next steps in your treatment plan.

What types of STD tests do you offer?

We offer a wide range of STD tests, including but not limited to:

  • Trichomoniasis We offer both blood tests and urine tests, depending on the test needed.

How long does it take to get my test results?

Most of our test results are available within 2-3 business days. For some tests, results may take a little longer. You’ll be notified as soon as your results are available, and a healthcare professional will discuss them with you.

Can I get a routine STD screening even if I don’t have symptoms?

Yes, regular STD screenings are important even if you’re not experiencing any symptoms. Many STDs can be asymptomatic, and routine testing is the best way to ensure your sexual health.
