1. Introduction and Scope
Good Medics, Inc. (“Good Medics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a range of digital services through its primary website, goodmedics.com, along with any affiliated websites, mobile applications, digital tools, and services that reference these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). This includes but is not limited to the Good Medics Mobile Application and any related software or features designed to enhance the user experience across our platforms (collectively, the “Platform”).
These Terms outline the legal framework governing your access to and use of the Platform and any associated content, applications, or services (referred to collectively as the “Service(s)”). By choosing to interact with our Platform—whether by browsing, accessing content, or using any feature or service—you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms.
Account Registration and User Responsibilities
While general browsing of the Platform does not require registration, full use of our Services necessitates the creation of a personal account (“Account”). To register, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, password, and any additional details requested by Good Medics (collectively, “Account Information”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your Account.
Age and Eligibility Restrictions
The Platform and its Services are designed exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from individuals under 18. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you may only use our Services with express parental or legal guardian consent, and such guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria and that you possess the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms.
Applicability of Terms
These Terms serve as a general agreement governing the use of all Good Medics Services and are supplemented by any additional agreements, legal notices, disclaimers, or specific terms that may apply to particular features, transactions, or offerings within the Service. If you engage with any specialized section of the Service, the corresponding legal terms for that feature shall also apply.
Updates and Modifications
The most recent version of these Terms is reflected in the date provided at the top of this document. Good Medics reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time, without prior individual notice. Any changes will become legally binding upon continued use of the Service following the effective date of such revisions. However, we will never implement changes that reduce the protection of your personal information or conflict with applicable laws.
By continuing to access or use the Platform after any modifications take effect, you acknowledge and accept the updated Terms. If at any time you disagree with these Terms or any future modifications, your sole recourse is to discontinue use of the Platform and Services.
Here is the fully rewritten version with the same structure and numbering while ensuring uniqueness and enhanced legal protections:

If you believe any information is incorrect, please contact Good Medics for clarification.
9. HANDLING AND USE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS
Good Medics adheres to all applicable privacy laws and regulations concerning the collection, storage, and use of personal and protected health information (PHI). All PHI is handled in compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
Users may submit information regarding themselves and minor dependents for whom they are legal guardians or authorized representatives. All data sharing is conducted in full compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations. By using the Good Medics Digital Tools, you authorize such disclosures as necessary to provide you with healthcare-related services.
Your consent to data usage is voluntary and does not impact your eligibility for health benefits or services.

Content from third-party sources may be displayed within the Service. Good Medics does not independently verify external content and, therefore, cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Users are encouraged to use their discretion when relying on third-party information.
Additionally, content regarding functional medicine, anti-aging strategies, weight management, and preventative care is provided for educational purposes only. While Good Medics supports a comprehensive approach to health and wellness, these areas of medicine may not be universally recognized or endorsed by all healthcare professionals or regulatory agencies.
Functional medicine emphasizes identifying underlying causes of health conditions through diagnostic testing and lifestyle modifications. However, individual results vary, and not all methods are accepted by conventional medical communities. The same applies to anti-aging treatments and weight loss strategies, which may have varying efficacy based on personal health factors.
Users should consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making medical or wellness decisions. Good Medics does not make any express or implied claims regarding the effectiveness of functional, weight loss, or anti-aging treatments for individual users.

Any portion of the service cost not covered by insurance will be your financial responsibility.
14. SERVICE CHANGES AND TERMINATION
Good Medics retains the right to modify, update, suspend, or permanently discontinue any portion of its services, with or without prior notice. You acknowledge that Good Medics is not liable to you or any third party for such modifications or service interruptions.
Service adjustments may arise from regulatory changes, technological advancements, medical best practices, or operational decisions. While we strive to maintain consistent service availability, some treatments, digital tools, or provider access may change over time. If modifications impact your ongoing care, Good Medics will provide reasonable notice and alternative solutions where feasible.
If you wish to discontinue using Good Medics services, you may do so at any time by contacting us at info@thegoodmedics.com.
Good Medics reserves the right to terminate user access at its discretion. If termination results from a violation of these Terms, no refunds will be issued. If termination occurs for other reasons, users may be eligible for a prorated refund based on services paid for but not used.
15. PRESCRIPTION DELIVERY AND LIMITATIONS
Prescriptions issued by Good Medics providers are based on professional medical judgment and comply with all state and federal regulations. A prescription is never guaranteed, and providers retain full discretion to determine whether medication is appropriate for a given condition.
Good Medics does not prescribe DEA-controlled substances or medications restricted by applicable law.
Users may choose to fill prescriptions at a pharmacy of their choice. Some prescriptions may qualify for mail-order fulfillment, while others must be picked up at a local pharmacy. The user is responsible for selecting a pharmacy during their consultation.
If selecting mail-order, the medication will be shipped directly by the pharmacy, which operates independently of Good Medics. Users are responsible for all prescription costs, whether paid out-of-pocket or covered by insurance.
16. LIMITATIONS OF MEDICAL SERVICE AND LIABILITY
Good Medics provides virtual healthcare consultations but is not a substitute for in-person primary care visits, emergency treatment, or specialist consultations.
Good Medics does not function as an online pharmacy, and its providers exercise sole discretion in prescribing medications. A user’s request for a specific medication does not guarantee issuance of a prescription.
Good Medics shall not be held liable for:
- Misuse or misinterpretation of medical information obtained from the platform.
- Delayed prescriptions due to user error, pharmacy delays, or insurance authorization requirements.
- Any adverse effects or complications arising from prescribed medications.
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 OR SEEK IMMEDIATE CARE.
